Description: To measure the concentration of vitamin C in orange juice Vitamin C will decolourise a blue dye called DCPIP. To find out how much vitamin C is needed to do this we must react a sample of DCPIP solution with a vitamin C solution of known oncentration. Then we react a second sample with orange juice to compare the volumes used. In each case we will take three readings to improve reliability.
